The Thomson Companies announced the availability of new luxury upgrades of Granite Countertops and Hardwood Floors in all units at Belle Isle. Thomson today confirmed that indeed all the more expensive 'blue" color coded 1 bedroom units with computer rooms have been sold. As well, only 1 'yellow' two bedroom unit remains available.

However, Thomson continued that many 'traditional' 1 bedroom and corner 2 bedroom residences are still available.

John Thomson announced today that the 60 Luxury Residences of 'Belle Isle' in Revere, MA will be ready for occupancy March 1, 2007. Also, Mr. Thomson reported that 20% of the residences have already been sold.

He also added sales are very brisk at this time even though the real estate market has been reported to be flat. "I think our outstanding price point and location is a big plus. Personally, I don't see things slowing down here at all. Every day we are showing 3-4 new potential consumers around."
